And on the next Treasured Truth, Pastor Ford will explain that we should be even more ready to tell people about the gospel than we are to tell them about the latest gossip. We should be anxious to spread the good news about our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! So, join us as we begin a new message called, “Run Tell Dat,” on the next Treasured Truth.

2: The Blessings in a Beat Down, Part 2
On the next Treasured Truth, we’ll continue to look at Jesus’ journey to Calvary, and what He had to endure for our salvation, Pastor Ford will help us understand the blessings in a beatdown. He’ll remind us that we have to realize that it’s better to walk with God in the darkness than to walk alone in the light. That’s what Jesus wanted us to know. Through the example of His life, we can see that He alwasy put God first, especially in His suffering. Pastor James Ford Jr.
Pastor James Ford Jr. has been the senior pastor of Christ Bible Church of Chicago, located on the south side of Chicago, Ill., for over 35 years. He also serves as the president of Impact Ministries, an outreach ministry committed to strengthening families in the South Shore community of Chicago.
Steve Hiller
Steve Hiller is co-host of Treasured Truth. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and has worked with Moody Radio in various capacities. Steve is also the co-host of Open the Bible with Pastor Colin Smith.
