The Shift...In Ministry Focus
When Missions and Outreach Director for Silverdale Baptist Church Gus Hernandez introduced Tom to their ministry he frequently talked about a 'shift' in focus for them as a church. It was this shift that lead to significant growth and impact in the Tennessee Valley. We invited Gus and Pastor Tony Walliser, Senior Pastor for Silverdale to share the story of 'the shift.' Pastor Tony also shared how being externally focused, as an individual believer, could have significant impact on your circle of influence in a similar fashion.
