People always seem to be shocked when church leaders fall from grace, and many of us rarely know how to respond immediately. So, what is the proper way to view our spiritual leaders when they fail and how should we respond? Dr. Josh Zeichik is the Director of Church Engagement for Focus on The Family. Josh wrote his dissertation on identifying and responding to sinful pastoral abuse and provides guidance on how to respond in a practical and compassionate way to all parties involved.
