Previously, he pastored four churches in Texas across thirty-four years, including twenty-five years as the founding pastor of Crosspoint Church in McKinney, Texas. He holds a D.Min. from Truett Seminary, an M.Div from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a BA from Howard Payne University.
Jim Ramos
Jim Ramos is a pastor, bestselling author, and the founder of Men in the Arena, a Christian ministry equipping men to “get into the arena” of spiritual leadership. Jim leads a social media army of hundreds of thousands and hosts the popular Men in the Arena podcast. He and his wife, Shanna, have three adult sons and live in Oregon.
