Monday on Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Matt Hammitt, musician and father of four, depicts the emotions and roles associated with fatherhood in a short book and curriculum he wrote in collaboration with Save the Storks called Dare to Be A Dad. This week-long program offers seven lessons to empower expecting fathers, emphasizing the importance of their presence, voice, and the courage to ask for help.

Robyn Chambers, VP of Advocacy for Children for FOTF joins Mornings with Eric and Brigitte on Monday to talk about the two year anniversary on June 24 that Roe v. Wade was overturned. Robyn will also update us on FOTF's Option Ultrasound Program that she helped develop and nurture to help Pregnancy Resource Centers serve moms, babies, and families.
Matt Hammitt is an American singer, songwriter and author. Matt was the lead singer and songwriter for the band Sanctus Real from 1996-2016. An Ohio native, Matt now lives in Nashville with his wife, Sarah, along with their four children. Passion for family is what led him to step away from Sanctus Real in 2016, to spend more time at home. Matt details this difficult transition in his new book from titled “Lead Me: Finding Courage to Fight for Your Marriage, Children, and Faith.” Matt is also Mission Ambassador for Save the Storks', a non-profit mission that began in 2012 to create a story of hope and empowerment for every woman in an unplanned pregnancy.
Robyn Chambers is the Vice President, Advocacy for Children for Focus on the Family. She oversees Focus on the Family’s Sanctity of Human Life and Foster Care and Adoption efforts through the following programs: Wait No More, which prepares hearts and homes for kids in foster care, and Option Ultrasound, which provides ultrasound machines and sonography training to qualified pro-life medical clinics in communities with high abortion rates. Chambers works with a variety of other pro-life organizations that partner with Option Ultrasound, visits pregnancy resource centers, and hosts nurse trainings across the United States. She’s also a member of the Leadership Alliance for Pregnancy Care Organizations.
