Friday on Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Dr. Jerry Newcombe, Executive Director of Providence Forum joins us to talk about producing the inspirational documentary about the American Revolution, The Road to Independence. The Road to Independence highlights the Great Awakening, which helped unite 13 separate British colonies. Newcombe’s documentary also showcases the role of pastors who preached liberty in early America, leading up to the Revolutionary War.
Hour 2: New CEO of Promise Keepers - with Shane Winnings
Promise Keepers is an Evangelical Christian parachurch organization for men, w founded in 1990 by Bill McCartney, then the head football coach at the University of Colorado Boulder. Shane Winnings, the new CEO of Promise Keepers, joins Mornings with Eric and Brigitte on Friday to talk about what's ahead for PK and how PK plans to equip the church to be more effective in reaching, supporting and growing courageous men of faith. Shane's life narrative is a testament to his unwavering dedication to serving others, spreading the Christian message, and living out his calling with purpose and passion.
