Monday on Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, financial expert Glenn Zimmerman joins us to update us on all that's been happening in the world of real estate. Is it is good time to buy? To sell? What about interest rates? What’s going on with homeowners insurance? The high cost of rent? In our current environment Glenn will share some perspective on where we are historically with interest rates and give some tips for potential buyers and sellers.

Glenn Zimmerman
Glenn Zimmerman has been with Kenneth Frenke & Co. since 1996. Glenn is Vice-president of Kenneth Frenke & Co., manages the Atlanta office and regularly travels to South Florida to meet with clients. He lives in Atlanta with his wife Emily and their two terriers, Jackson and MacKenzie.
John Offerdahl
John Offerdahl (born August 17, 1964) is an American former professional football player who spent his entire eight-year career as a linebacker for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Western Michigan Broncos, before being selected by the Dolphins with the 52nd pick of the 1986 NFL draft. In 1990, while still playing for the Dolphins, Offerdahl opened a bagel store, Offerdahl's Bagel Gourmet, in Weston, Florida. It would become the first of 10 locations. In 1995, Offerdahl merged with three other bagel retailers to form Einstein Bros. Bagels, a national chain. In 2000, he again entered the restaurant business, opening Offerdahl's Café Grill, a chain of casual restaurants, and as of 2015, there are at least six locations.
