Hour 2: Famous Mothers in the Bible - with Pastor Ray Fowler
Mothers are a vitally important part of the Bible’s story. Tuesday on Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Pastor Ray Fowler joins us to talk about his new book, Famous Mothers in the Bible, which contains twelve Mother's Day messages he has preached at church over the years as a pastor. As we study each of these mothers, we learn not only how God worked in their lives but how He works in our lives as well.

Mark Turman
Dr. Mark Turman is the Executive Director of Denison Forum and Senior Contributor for Leadership. Previously, he pastored four churches in Texas across thirty-four years, including twenty-five years as the founding pastor of Crosspoint Church in McKinney, Texas. He holds a D.Min. from Truett Seminary, an M.Div from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a BA from Howard Payne University.
Ray Fowler
Pastor Ray Fowler is currently serving as Senior Pastor at Plantation Community Church. He is a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and has been in the ministry since 1986. He and his wife, Rosi have three adult sons. He is the author of the Understanding God’s Word series, The Bible Memory Version, and the owner of Fowler Digital Services (providing ebook conversions for the Kindle, iPad and Nook). His roots are in the Baptist General Conference. He grew up at North Shore Community Baptist Church in Beverly Farms, Massachusetts. He also served there as youth pastor back in the early 1990’s while working on his M.Div. at Gordon-Conwell.
