Praise & Worship ChannelWe have all experienced disappointment in relationships. Sometimes we wonder if it's even possible to have enduring, positive relationships in our homes, our work, and our communities. In his new book, The Connection Code, Bible teacher O. S. Hawkins digs deep into the biblical book of Philemon showing how much this letter from the apostle Paul can teach us about the role of forgiveness and reconciliation in relationships.
Thursday on Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Hank Kreh, an elder from Spanish River Church in Boca Raton joins us to share about the importance of Apologetics in today's world. He will also talk about an upcoming series of monthly apologetic conversations to be held at SRC on Thursday evenings beginning on January 18 and ending on May 9. Each talk will start at 7 p.m., with a Q&A beginning at 7:45, and the evening will ideally end at roughly 8:30 p.m.
Greg Savitt, Director of Florida Rock of Israel, joins us on Thursday to talk about an important outreach their organization has been a part of in 2023. About sixteen years ago, wanting to reach people in Florida with the Messiah, Rock of Israel rented booths at two Florida fairs, and they are now reaching people in nine states and county fairs a year! They share products and listerature at their booth, and they feel it is a way to proclaim Jesus and let others know about their organization, Rock of Israel.

Hank Kreh grew up in South Florida from age 8 on and was essentially agnostic in his high school years. He attended Rice University in Houston, TX where he made a decision to follow Jesus Christ in his freshman year. He started attending Spanish River Church in the summer of 1979 and met his wife that year. He has practiced structural engineering in FL for approximately 40 years. Hank considers it a privilege to serve as a ruling elder at SRC for the past several years. He has always had an interest in Apologetics, but especially for the past 25 years.
Greg Savitt was born and raised as a conservative Jew in a Chicago suburb. He attended Hebrew School, learned about Jewish traditions, liturgy, and the Hebrew language; yet he does not remember the rabbis talking about God as if He could be known personally. At age 16, while attending a Christian youth function, friends told him about Jesus, but it frightened him. As he got older, even though he had plenty of friends, money, and good times, he knew something was missing. He began attending church regularly as friends continued to witness to him. He left his job as a CPA in 1997 to become a full-time evangelist with Jews for Jesus for 14 years. Greg is now serving with Rock of Israel as the Director Jewish Evangelism in Florida.
