Hour 1: Overflowing Joy

Dawn and Steve welcome Tara Dew to explore three surprising paths to overflowing joy as taught by Jesus in John 15. Tara is the author of Overflowing Joy: What Jesus Says about a Joy-Filled Life. 

Dr. Tara Dew is the President's wife of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in New Orleans, LA. At NOBTS, she is also an adjunct professor in the ministry to women program, as well as the Director of THRIVE (a Ministry Wives Certificate Program). Tara is a Bible teacher, author, and speaker, who is invited to women’s events and retreats throughout the United States.

Hour 2: The Decline of America's Biblical Worldview

Dr. George Barna will help us understand America's 40-year drop in biblical worldview and how we can reverse that decline.

Dr. Barna is the Director of Research and co-founder of the Cultural Research Center at Arizona Christian University. He is also an ACU professor, focusing on worldview assessment and development, and cultural transformation. He was the founder and leader of the Barna Group, a research company that has set the standard for understanding trends in American culture. In addition, Barna serves as Senior Research Fellow at the Center for Biblical Worldview at the Family Research Council. He has taught at the undergraduate and graduate level and has pastored two churches. Barna has written more than 50 books, including numerous award-winners and New York Times bestsellers.
