As parents and believers, one of the most important things we're tasked with is teaching our children about God. But for kids, and frankly for some adults too, sometimes it's hard to believe in a God we can't see. Trillia Newbell sits down with author Josh Cooley to talk about how our everyday experiences can be used to help answer your children’s big questions about God and faith, in a way that is natural and fun.
Joshua Cooley is a New York Times bestselling author who has authored a variety of books, including many for kids. His titles include the Heroes of the Bible Devotional, The One Year Sports Devotions for Kids, and I Can’t Believe My Eyes!, his first illustrated storybook that releases in the U.S. on Aug. 1. In 2018, he teamed with Super Bowl LII MVP Nick Foles to co-author the star quarterback’s bestselling memoir, Believe It: My Journey of Success, Failure, and Overcoming the Odds. He is also a contributor to Tyndale’s upcoming Go Bible for kids.
Trillia Newbell is the author of several books including, A Great Cloud of Witnesses, Sacred Endurance, If God is For Us, Fear and Faith, and the children's books, Creative God, Colorful Us and God's Very Good Idea.
