He is a former moderator of the Free Church of Scotland, having served for 33 years in two Presbyterian churches in the Highlands of Scotland and the city of Dundee. He is a broadcaster, writer, blogger, columnist, and hosts the "Quantum of the Wee Flea” podcast - a podcast which looks at world news and culture from a Christian perspective.
