Hour 1: Help For Challenging Days

On In The Market with Janet Parshall this week big tech kicked on this week of conversation as our favorite Constitutional expert Craig Parshall joined Janet to discuss the results of the government hearing on social media and whether or not the U.S. government has the legal right to censor what is posted on social media and prevent free exchange of ideas including religious ones. It is important for parents to understanding their child’s special way of learning and our guest explained what those three styles are and how to not only help your child discover their specific style but to nurture it as well. Our guest also explained the importance of parents taking an active role in their child’s education. Reason to the exclusion of faith has taken the lead in our national discourse and living and as a result the health of our nation has continued to fail. Our guest explained that not only can faith and reason work together they MUST for the wellbeing of our nation. He also explained why believers can not retreat from the public square and why we must obey our mandate to be His representative and interject God’s truth into the issues plaguing our society today. Our expert on spiritual warfare took us directly to God’s word to answer your most probing questions on how to stand firm against the enemy. It is time to join our favorite watchmen on the wall as Janet and Craig offer clarity and guidance as we look at some of the most important headlines of the week.

Hour 2: Hope For Hard Times

How do children respond to the impact of a narcissistic parent? On In The Market with Janet Parshall this week we once again open our phones to listener questions as our expert on this deadly personality type used her training and God’s word to give guidance and direction to those who are living with impact of a narcissist in their lives. One of our favorite authors took us back in time to the writing of the book of Philippians and the wisdom and encouragement that Paul shared with believers then and now. He helped us understand how Paul was able to find joy behind prison walls and what it means to follow Paul’s example of being “poured out” in the Lord’s service. With Easter on the horizon we prepared you to answer the skeptics in your life as we addressed the reason we believe in the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ from the grave on the 3rd day. Our guest also shared some of the evidence from outside the Bible and from archeology of empty tomb. A mother who has traveled a very challenging road and learned to lean hard on the love and wisdom of the Lord shares the lessons about finding God’s joy in the midst of the chaos and stresses she faced. As we end another week it is time to sit down in our radio classroom as our favorite husband and wife teaching team continue to show us how to look at the news through the unchanging lens of scripture.
