Kelly serves as Professor of Finance, Department Chair & Financial Planning Program Coordinator at Mount Vernon Nazarene University. She was an advocate in the development and launch of the CFP® Board-Registered Financial Planning Program at Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Her areas of special interest include Personal Budgeting, Income Tax Planning, Insurance Planning, Investment Strategies, Retirement Planning, and Estate Planning all in accordance with Biblical Principles.
