Todd M. Smith
Todd M. Smith is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Crossroads Community Church in Santa Clarita, CA. In 2006 Todd planted Crossroads as a non-denominational Bible teaching church. Todd has watched this church plant grow from a backyard Bible Study of 25 to over 2500 people. Before pastoring, Todd was a Senior Leadership Executive of a National Healthcare Company serving those with lifelong chronic illnesses. Todd holds a degree in Business Marketing and a Masters in Theology from Talbot Theological Seminary. In 2016, Todd founded TEN Touch Eternity Now, a movement to plant churches and educate orphans worldwide. In 2021, Todd launched Faith Made Simple, a weekly podcast that helps people become doers of the Word so they live under God's blessing. Todd is also the author of Dark Valleys: When You Love Jesus But Hate Life, which helps those dealing with discouragement, depression, or despair. Todd married his Jr. High sweetheart, Stacey, in 1988 and they live in Castaic, CA and have three married children.
Mike Fabarez
Dr. Mike Fabarez is the founding pastor of Compass Bible Church and the president of Compass Bible Institute, both located in Aliso Viejo, California. Pastor Mike is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute, Talbot School of Theology, and Westminster Theological Seminary in California. Mike is heard on hundreds of stations on the Focal Point radio program. He has authored several books, including Envy; 10 Mistakes People Make About Heaven, Hell, and the Afterlife; Raising Men Not Boys; Lifelines for Tough Times; and Preaching That Changes Lives. Mike and his wife, Carlynn, are parents of three grown children, two sons and one daughter, and have four young grandchildren.

Chris Brooks
Chris Brooks is the senior pastor of Woodside Bible Church, a multisite congregation across the Detroit metropolitan area. Chris served for 20 years as the senior pastor of Evangel Ministries, a thriving 1,600-member church in the heart of Detroit. He also served as the campus dean of Moody Theological Seminary in Plymouth, Michigan. A popular Detroit radio host since 2005, Chris is the author of Kingdom Dreaming and Urban Apologetics. He graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Finance, completed his MA in Christian Apologetics at Biola University, and graduated from the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree at Asbury Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Yodit, are the proud parents of six children: Christopher, Zewditu, Cameron, Judah, Sophia, and Christyana.
