Christy Osborne was born and raised in Los Angeles and graduated from the University of Southern California and the Pepperdine University School of Law. After passing the California bar exam, she relocated to London and assumed various roles in law, public relations, and business development. These included working for the UK Parliament and founding a popular website for American expat women. Christy discovered her true calling when she chose sobriety and discovered a passion for helping women on their own journeys. As a highly trained senior sobriety coach featured in/by Marie Claire, Newsweek, The Daily Mail, Yahoo, PBS, London Daily News, Hip & Healthy, and more, she empowers women throughout the US and UK to redefine their relationship with alcohol. She lives with her husband and two children, Ella and Carter, and their cavapoo, Copper, in London, U.K.
