Our correspondent to unwanted change, Miriam Neff, returns with some good questions. She's been thinking a lot lately about "legacy." How do you leave one? Perhaps the answer comes from Scripture that says, "Delight yourself in the Lord and He'll grant you the desires of your heart." What is your great desire? Is it crowded by good activities? Let's talk about that desire on Chris Fabry Live.
Miriam Neff is the founder and president of Widow Connection (a not-for-profit ministry) and author of 11 books, including From One Widow to Another and Women and Their Emotions. She is a counselor by profession, Bible study teacher, seminar and conference speaker, a mother, and a grandmother. She sponsors sewing projects and bakery training for widows in Africa and Albania. Her one minute features, New Beginnings and Starting Over Financially are heard on many outlets, and she is a frequent radio guest on Moody Radio and other networks. She is the co-creator of a video series, with her daughter Valerie Neff Hogan, Wise Women Managing Money. Miriam’s late husband, Bob, was the former vice president of Moody Radio.
Chris Fabry is the host of Chris Fabry Live on Moody Radio and is the author of more than 80 books. He is a member of the Christy Award Hall of Fame for Christian Fiction. His latest release is Saving Grayson from Focus on the Family. He and his wife live near Tucson, AZ.
Chris Fabry Live is designed to build up the spiritual immune system of the Christian men and woman. As you walk through the journey of faith called the Christian life, you meet new people, learn new things, laugh, cry and, most importantly, grow in your understanding of God.
