Courage –Forward in the Face of Fear – Part 1

Today on Bold Steps with Mark Jobe … we’re being reminded not to let fear and anxiety take control and what it means to be courageous. Courage is the mental or moral strength needed to venture on, persevere, and to withstand danger. In the simplest terms, courage is what’s needed to move you forward in your spiritual life—despite your fears, and anxiety, and feeling the need to ignore God’s timing and take control yourself.  Over the past few days, we’ve been contrasting the lives of Saul and David, and courage is what separated the destinies of these two men. And we’ve seen that fear causes one to compromise in the waiting room and take on roles that were never meant to be taken.
