Today on Bold Steps with Pastor Mark Jobe, we’re learning about the power of persistent prayer as we are continuing our study of the Sermon on the Mount. Jesus wants us to understand the necessity of persisting in prayer. And so, He asks a couple of important questions … What father doesn’t want to give good gifts to his children? And what parent would ignore his child’s request? God wants us to know that He has the ability to answer our prayers … and to give us the desires of our heart that line up with His will. So, when Jesus asks the questions to get us thinking … He wants us to remember that we need to include the Father in the process.
