Can it be true in this day and age that a third of humanity has no access to the gospel? It’s not only true, but the numbers are growing! Find out why—and discover the hope we have to turn that around. Moody Radio and Alliance for the Unreached are partnering for “Until All Hear,” a special broadcast hosted by Ruth Kramer and Wayne Pederson, that shares stories of what God is doing to reach the lost in the hardest places in the world.
Join Ruth Kramer of Mission Network News and Wayne Pederson along with Jeff McLinden and Jon Fugler during this special program!
Executive Producer at Mission Network News, Ruth Kramer began a career in media in 1985 with her first paid print news story. She went on to work for an NBC affiliate in Toledo, then on to radio as an announcer at WCDR in Cedarville, Ohio.
In 1990, she worked for the LeSEA Broadcasting Network in FM and shortwave radio as well as television. That was followed by a five-year stint behind the news desk at WUFN in Albion, Michigan until 1996 and then Mission Network News in 1997.
Today, Ruth still handles the overall sound and feel of MNN as they use radio and web to bring glory to God by telling the stories of His work around the world through His people in a way that activates the body of Christ to pray, give, and go. She also serves with the Alliance for the Unreached and sits on the board for FMI (Forgotten Missionaries International).
Ruth and her husband, Warren, live in Norton Shores, MI. In her spare time, Ruth coaches a high school cross country and track team, is a masters sprinter and sings tenor. Her husband plays a mean jazz guitar and they have three adult children who have flown the coop.
Wayne Pederson grew up on a dairy farm in Northern Minnesota and found Jesus as his Savior at a young age. At age 16, he received his call to ministry to "make the Gospel clear to good people who need a personal relationship with Jesus." That decision led him to serve his entire career in Christian media including as Executive Vice President for Media at University of Northwestern (Minneapolis), CEO for National Religious Broadcasters (NRB), President of Mission America, Vice President of Broadcasting at Moody Bible Institute, President and CEO of HCJB Global (now Reach Beyond), and Executive Liaison for Far East Broadcasting (FEBC). Wayne serves on the boards of Evangelical Council of Financial Accountability (ECFA), The Joshua Fund, and NRB. He and his wife, Willi, reside in Naples, Florida. Wayne has two daughters and nine grandchildren in Wyoming and Minnesota.
Jeff McLinden is Executive Director of Alliance for the Unreached. He came to the Alliance after having worked for Christian nonprofit institutions since 1979, including senior roles in resource development, marketing, and management for Campus Crusade for Christ (now Cru), The Christian Broadcasting Network, and Bible Literature International. For twenty years he was vice president of a consulting group that helped a broad variety of ministries. In 2015, as vice president of Bibles For The World, Jeff was one of the founding members of the Alliance for the Unreached and served on its board of directors for five years.
Jon Fugler has served as the Chief Content Officer with TWR since 2018. He began his career in Christian broadcasting in 1980, as Director of Radio for Campus Crusade for Christ. From 1986-2011, Jon established and managed a number of non-commercial Christian radio stations in California, pioneering contemporary Christian music on the airwaves. God called Jon into media missions to unreached people groups in 2011, serving with HCJB/Reach Beyond for seven years as VP of Advancement. He co-founded the International Day for the Unreached in 2014 and is currently Vice-Chair of its Board of Directors. Jon has a history in print media, as well, including publishing the Christian Times newspaper for 10 years and authoring 10 Christian books. Jon’s passion is to help people know the Christ of the cross, echoing the Apostle Paul, “What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord” (Philippians 3:8). He and his wife, Noonie, have three children and nine grandchildren and reside in North Carolina.
Throughout the year Moody Radio hosts several unique programs featuring world-renowned Bible teachers, Christian Speakers, and Musicians.
