Challenges to Faith

Today, on Karl and Crew Mornings, we kicked off a new weekly theme called The Three Challenges. What are some of the greatest challenges facing our church today? Our scripture reference was Matthew 7:21-23. The illusion of salvation is a real challenge, as pride and fear can keep us from being honest about where we stand with God. Our special guest was Julianna Rubio Slager. Julianna is the Artistic Director, Co-founder, and Resident Choreographer of Ballet 5:8, one of the leading faith-based ballet companies in the United States. Finally, we talked more about the conflict in Israel. We gave an important link to a page called Pray for Israel. It offers resources and discussions on how we can support Israel during this difficult time. Hear the highlights of today's program on the Karl and Crew Showcast.
