Today, on Karl and Crew Mornings, we concluded our weekly theme: "Temptation.  We discussed being in God's will and the need for community in our struggle.  Our special guest was Asheritah Ciuciu.  She is a national speaker, blogger, recovering food addict, and founder of One Thing Alone Ministries.  Asheritah will be starting a new topic, "Breaking Free", in August on her podcast called Prayers of Rest.  We also celebrated our morning show assistant's birthday, Lisa!  Hear the highlights of today's program on the Karl and Crew Showcast.
